The commission structure
Commission is tiered by the number of active salons you have referred. The tier applies to your recurring monthly earnings, so your income grows twice: once when you add a salon, and again when a new tier unlocks.

- Week 2: run a 5-minute live demo for 10 of them using the real product on your phone.
- Week 3: follow up once on WhatsApp with the booking link demo and pricing.
